We continually come back to things we
thought we understood,
and see deeper meaning.”

In the space of Friday night you will be provided guidance in the art of illuminating and
bringing forth a clarity to that which no longer serves. Through a visualization exercise,

passage for your course.
Saturday into Sunday morning will offer a blend of guided meditation, role play with 7
levels of communication exercise. Included will be guidance on the setting of and
honoring our own boundaries, be they emotional, mental, physical or Spiritual. The
untangling provides an opportunity for clarity and resolve be it in your relationship with
Self or others.
Saturday evening includes a fun and energetic drumming circle (no skill required).
The rest of Sunday is designed for empowerment in integrating and honoring these
newly-found strengths and revelations. All while moving forward intentionally with ease
and grace. The weekend culminates with a Release Ritual, a customarily designed
ceremony for celebration!
